I think it is very important to make studying English enjoyable-if you enjoy something, you try harder（二つの特に強調したいポイントのなかで一番目は勉強を楽しまなければならないことです。そうすると早速うまくなれます。）! For this reason I try finding a way of teaching that would be suitable for every individual student（それについて考えながら生徒の一人当たりにぴったり合っている材料または教え方を探します）. Another important thing is to set goals and figure out "why do I need to study English" or "what for do I need English"（二番目のことは生徒さんのそれぞれの英語を勉強する理由です。やはり、進学または就職のために英語を勉強している方と旅行または趣味を理由として英語を勉強している方々に全然違う方法で英語を教えるはずです。）. Once one answers these questions, I would adapt the teaching materials and style（それで、以上の二つのポイントをはっきり分かれば、自分としても授業の内容やらやり方を変更します）! | |
